A Paid Sick Leave (Exempt/Executive – up to 40 hours per calendar year; available to use after 90 days of employment – this is included in standard sick leave accrual)

Retirement – Employer Sponsored 401(K) plan available: Team members are auto enrolled with a 3% Team Member contribution , if at least 18 years of age and have completed 90 days of employment. Employer match is 100% of the first 4% of the Team Member’s contribution. Auto escalation every January by 1% until Team Members reach 6%. Team Member can change contributions at any time.

Retirement Plan

  • 100% company funded / minimum account balance $4,000. (Minimum eligibility requirements apply)

Eligible following 90 days

  • Paid Time Off Plan (non -exempt) – accrue up to 128 hours annually (increase with tenure)
  • Major Sick – accrue up to 56 hours annually
  • Vacation (exempt only) – accrue up to 10 days annually (increase with tenure)
  • Holiday Pay – for hourly employee working an Eskaton designated holiday (time and one half)
  • Sick Leave (exempt) – annually accrue 5 days minor sick and 7 days major sick
  • Jury Duty Pay – up to 10 days per year

Company Paid Life Insurance

  • $10,000 + Additional $10,000 AD&D coverage.
